Venue is booked for the do now and so nothing to stop us !
DJ's - Jamiee gonna contact the guys and firm up dates and details etc for the Friday and Saturday nights
Catering - the club sorts all the catering out from Breakfast though to the obligatory burger once you all get the munchies lat at night .
Numbers - the do holds approx 250 and so we are going to check out a marque for a further 200 . We can have the band in the tnt and other DJ's in the main room . LT to check out Evans marques in Lancaster and Scott to check out friends of the family etc
Loo's - the club has loo's and showers that are open all night but we will sort out some additional portaloo's depending on the final numbers
Skip - scott will sort out so that we can clean up on the Sunday
Security - decided that we need some professional guys for H&S reasons - Tracey gonna dig into some contacts .
Band - Dan made some links with a punk group for Saturday - need to fim up the details and Scott to check out the Natural Thing for Friday .
Website - LT to keep upto date with latest details
Advertising - LT to contact scootering
Flyer - Scott to discuss with Johnny when he gets back of his hols
Wristbands and Tickets - LT to sort some prices based on printed wristbands and detachable tickets ( as per LCGB )
Custom show and other trophies - scott to sort out costs .
